Chase Gallimore

HOME... that's the word I would use to describe the 256. I am so thankful that I got to grow up in North Alabama.

My family moved to Huntsville when I was four years old and I'm proud to call the Rocket City home. As a Madison County High School Alumnus, I got my bachelor's degree in Communications from Auburn University before moving off to the Lone Star State to begin my broadcast career. 

​

After more than a decade on TV, I signed off from WZDX in October of 2018. I got my real estate license in 2017 and have been working with Joshua Davis (JD) as the 256 Team ever since. 

​

As a Huntsville native, I have a great knowledge of the area where I grew up. That means I can help you find what you are looking for. 

​

I believe the 256 is a great place to live and invest. I personally own several properties and am working to expand my portfolio in the Huntsville area.

JD and I know how to find the best properties and negotiate the best deals. It's our job to know about the latest market conditions, government regulations, and upcoming developments — so that you don't have to.

On Sunday mornings you can find me preaching at the Winchester Road East Church of Christ in NE Huntsville. Back in 2010, I was featured in the Christians Chronicle, an international newspaper for the Churches of Christ.

FUN FACT: Chase won the Showcase Showdown on the Price is Right back in 2006.
